Shining 3D and Eplus3D made a joint declaration on 10th September 2021 in Hangzhou, China.
As the former subsidiary of SHINING3D, EPLUS 3D is the original developer and manufacturer of Shining3D industrial 3D printers including Metal and Plastic 3D printers. According to the two companies' development strategy, Eplus3D has become an independent company and is no longer a subsidiary of SHINING3D. EPLUS 3D will provide industrial AM machines solutions and after-sales service directly to customers globally.
EPLUS 3D will establish as an independent brand worldwide including its own overseas offices. Investments in research & development, marketing, sales and after-sales as well as the new production facility in Hangzhou, China will help EPLUS 3D to follow its mission to further industrialize AM to transform todays' industry. With this structural change, both companies will grow together to accelerate the worldwide development and promotion of 3D Printing and 3D Digitizing Industry.
