Additive Manufacturing With Titanium

Titanium is an ideal material for many high-performance applications in aerospace, automotive & medical.

Eplus3D's aluminum powders include Ti6Al4V / 3.7165. This powder have been tested for use on Eplus3D's metal 3D printers. Eplus3D also offers a wide range of validated processes for each of the above materials to ensure that the performance of the 3D printed parts is fully met.

Parts printed using Eplus3D Titanium Ti6Al4V / 3.7165 are characterized by excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, combined with low specific weight and biocompatibility.

Tensile Strength: XY:1230±50MPa; Z:1190±50MPa

Yield strength: XY:1080±50MPa; Z:1070±80MPa

Elongation @ Break 12±2%

Hardness: 36±4HRC
