Additive Manufacturing With Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel is an ideal material for many industries, including medical, oil and gas.

Eplus3D's stainless steel powders include 316L, 316L VPro,  PH1 (15-5), 17-4PH, 254, GP1, Super Duplex and CX alloys. These powders have been tested for use on Eplus3D's metal 3D printers. Eplus3D also offers a wide range of validated processes for each of the above materials to ensure that the performance of the 3D printed parts is fully met.

Parts printed using Eplus3D StainlessSteel 316L show a high level of corrosion resistance, toughness and ductility as well as a high resistance to acids.
